When I re-enrolled Mikey at Gymboree for another 24 weeks of gym class, we got unlimited summer passes to any class for free. Wow, this was truly a great deal considering how pricey it can get to enroll him to separate classes. I had all days planned out for him so he has something to do each day. Tuesdays are his usual class, but since it is the only day when Art class is being offered I decided to take him there instead. But unfortunately the Art class was held exactly at the same time as his gym class so he saw all his playmates and wanted to play with them. He didn't like to come in the Art room anymore, in fact he was pulling me out of there and begging to take him to the play area. So I just took him out and joined his playmates. Next time I will come in very early and stay in the art room for a while so he'd get used to the environment. It is quite a small room so he didn't like it there really. I've got tons of art supplies for him given by friends as gifts, maybe I'll just start art class at home first.
